● Free Standard Shipping is available on all mattress orders across India.

● Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

● Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

● Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Returns

We stand by the quality of our mattresses. If you are not satisfied:

● You can request a return within 100 days of delivery.

● The product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

● A pickup will be scheduled at your address for return.

● Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

● Shipping/handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

● Our delivery partners will bring your mattress right to your doorstep.

● Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM – 8 PM.

● If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our partner will attempt redelivery or contact you.

● For multi-floor buildings, delivery will be made to the building entrance unless otherwise agreed.

● Please check the product condition upon delivery and notify us immediately of any damage.
